DESCRIPTION OF EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
Michelle has over 10 years of evaluation experience in education, business (for-profit, non-profit, NGOs), and government sectors.
Michelle holds a PH.D in Instructional Psychology & Technology, with an emphasis on evaluation and research, from Brigham Young
University. Michelle also has a M.S. in Training and Development, with an emphasis in Instructional Technology, from Utah State University.
SERVICES AND TRAVEL FEES
Course, curriculum, and program evaluations start at $5,000/project for UAPCS members ($8,000/project for non-member schools). Consulting
and training services start at $2,000/month for UAPCS Members ($3,000/month for non-member schools). .60/mile for schools outside of Salt
Lake and Utah Counties. If required for the project, lodging and meals for overnight stays outside of Salt Lake and Utah Counties will be billed at the state government per diem rate.
