Occupational therapy evaluations and services |
DESCRIPTION OF EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
Several therapists are available. Therapists are licensed and registered through the State of Utah. All therapists are trained and experienced working with children with a variety of disabilities, with a specialty working with children with autism. |
SERVICES AND TRAVEL FEES
Member cost: $55.00 per hour Non-member cost: $65.00 per hour Mileage fees: .58 per mile (standard mileage rate) |

Monday through Friday, 8-4:30 |
