Intermountain Speech Pathology Group provides comprehensive speech and language services to charter schools and private schools

DESCRIPTION OF EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE

Monica has worked as a speech pathologist for 10 years and has extensive experience in school aged language disorders.  She also has extensive experience working with students with autism and social skills deficits.  Sue has also worked for 10 years and has extensive experience in school aged language disorders.  Her expertise lies in the area of augmentative communication.

SERVICES AND TRAVEL FEES

All services including evaluations, IEP's, direct services, classroom consultation and teacher/parent consultation are a $50.00 a hour fee for service.  Faculty/parent trainings are based upon presentation time. A standard mileage rate will be added if travel is beyond 20 miles round trip from therapists starting base

SCHEDULE OF SERVICES

Monday through Friday, 8-4:00. Service based on the individual needs of the school.

OTHER INFORMATION

A $300 set up fee is variable dependent on materials currently available at your school.  In addition there is a $5.00 reimbursement fee per evaluation protocol
