DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
Certified Speech Pathologist/Therapist - Bilingual Spanish/English, testing and treating any kind of communication disorder including Autism/Aspergers, and Central Auditory Processing Disorders with 13 years experience |
DESCRIPTION OF EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
Spanish/English students and Aspergers/HFA as well as a variety of other disorders. 10 years of education training and 8 years hospital environment. I have a Utah State License, ASHA License, and a Teacher Certification Level II current License. |
SERVICES AND TRAVEL FEES
I charge $60/hour straight across for any of my services including intervention, evaluation, treatment, report writing, driving time, etc. This is negotiable, but is often included in a one time visit fee initially and not necessary with contractual agreements. |
AREAS SERVED
Salt Lake Area, West Valley, Murray, North Salt Lake, Holladay, East Salt Lake, University of Utah Area, Down town Salt Lake, East Millcreek, Avenues, and am open to discussion of traveling to other areas. |
SCHEDULE OF SERVICES
Monday through Thursday 9:30-3:30 I see private clients in the evenings at my offices in Salt Lake 262 E 3900 S Ste 103 and am open to any referrals that are needed. |
REFERENCES/PREVIOUS CLIENTS
Currently am contracting with charter schools: Dual Immersion Academy, City Academy, Open Classroom including work in the following areas: Aspergers, High Functioning Autism (social groups), Bilingual specialties (Spanish/English), Articulation Disorder, Speech/Language Deficits, Orthodontic with swallow issues, Stroke. |
OTHER INFORMATION
I am available to help in any area that falls with in Speech/Language deficits. I am certified and trained for 13 years and am available to work in Spanish and English. I have helped to open several beginning charter schools and am experienced in this area of special education for speech/language. My fees are $60/hour and are a flat rate straight across for any services required. |
